The grapes grown in their vineyards are Nero dAvola, Zibibbo, Chardonnay, Grillo, Nerello Mascalese, and Grillo. The best grapes are handpicked and used to make red, white, and rose wines.
The Di Giovanna family manages the organic farm and produces local Sicilian and international wines and extra virgin olive oil between Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento, and Contessa Entellina, in the province of Palermo.
