The winery's vineyards are planted in the Monti delle Cesane Natural Park. Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne?s wines are made from grapes grown in their own vineyards. They use organic methods to cultivate vines and ferment wines.
The winery was founded in 2008 with the recovery of over three hectares of old vines and the planting of another five. The company is in a certified biological regime and makes absolutely no use of chemicals or herbicides, excluding rare treatments with very low doses of copper and sulfur in the vineyard and in case of extreme need of potassium metabisulfite in the cellar.
