The company Scarbolo is located south of the town of Cividale del Friuli, in a place called Spessa, an area of extraordinary winemaking vocation where the vineyards cover rolling hills and dominate the landscape.
With their work they want to express an underrated character of Grave del Friuli, paying particular attention to Pinot Grigio, which they interpret in three different wines.
