Under the status of Salento IGP and DOC Salice Salentino, the wines of Cantine De Falco are based on a variety of top-class grapes. It includes unique Primitivo and Negroamaro, along with high-quality Malvasia Nera, Fiano, and Verdeca.
Their vineyards are all located in the territory of Salento. They dedicate particular care, helped also by the happy location, to the production of Primitivo, Negroamaro and Salice Salentino and Squinzano DOC wines. They cultivate vines of Negroamaro, Malvasia and Primitivo both sapling and espaliera.
