Torleanzi was born in the heart of Salento, in San Pietro Vernotico (Brindisi), where we cultivate a variety of native vines. The Estates are dominated by the imposing "Leanzi Tower" of the fifteenth century (hence the name "Torleanzi") and reach a total extension of almost one hundred hectares. The whole production process follows a single theme: the oenological art declined in a key of excellence. With harvesting and processing of grapes carried out according to the ancient methods of the place, along with pruning and spollonatura.
