They lead about 26 hectares, cultivated with vines, olive trees, cereals, ancient varieties, legumes and biodynamic lavender. They transform part of the raw material produced to make quality food at "zero kilometer", without sophistication, preferring wholesomeness to appearance. They thus obtain sincere products as a result of the product between nature and man’s work that, due to the many variables involved, give rise to unique, non-standard products.
