The plants, with pergola and rows, are included in the delimitation for the Denomination of Controlled Geographical Origin of Erbaluce of Caluso; the vinification is made on its own, in a professional winery located in Piverone, in the province of Turin. The vines treated are: Erbaluce (autochthonous canavesano), Barbera, Freisa, Vespolina, Neretto, Nebbiolo.
