These wines are all produced from the farms own varietals of Moscato dAsti, Dolcetto, Barbera d Asti, Grignolino, Ruch and Pinot Nero grapes.
The harvest is manual and selected because only healthy grapes and that have the right level of maturation allow to minimize the interventions in the cellar to obtain a natural expression of the terroir and vintage.
