They are in San Giorgio Canavese, in Piedmont, between the cities of Turin and Ivrea, where they cultivate 13 hectares of vineyards. Their grapes are almost all Erbaluce, an ancient white berried grape originally from Canavese. The rest are also autochthonous varieties: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Neretto and Freisa. What makes this area special is the use of the "pergola" vine breeding system, which creates large foliage in the vineyard.
