I had been searching for distinct volcanic vineyards to make fine wine and I found no better place than Etna. Its Landscape is deemed the Acme of Beauty. My Vision is to combine Nature, Hard work,Techniques and Produce a Wine that Speaks for itself.
It’s a company that was born on the volcanic soils of Etna in 2015. At the head of the same we find Stef Yim, Asian American who, after having aged as a sommelier in Los Angeles and aware of experiences of winemaking in California and France, becomes an enologist. He grasps in the uniqueness of the Etna volcanic soil his belief so much that he wants to push himself closer and closer to the crater. Its vineyards of Cannonau, in the districts of Cielo and Nave, are, in fact, the highest in Europe.
