The two varieties of vines typical of the Vesuvian area are cultivated and that are included in the production disciplinary of the wine "Vesuvius D.O.C." the Caprettone for the Lacryma christi white and the Piedirosso, for the Lacryma christi red.
The winery is now used as a storage place for the wine produced in the farm owned by Vincenzo Oliviero who has resumed both the viticulture and vinification of his ancestor of the same name, producing the wine Lascryma Christi D.O.C.
