The structure of the winery, the beating heart of the production activity, the exterior appears of an intense red, which recalls the color of the soil. The large windows, placed on the sides of the structure, allow the sun’s rays to penetrate from dawn to dusk and give, thanks to the soft warm yellow of the walls that amplifies its brightness, a natural light, a source of energy indispensable for the psychophysical well-being of man. The entrance is placed in the highest part, to the east, towards the sunrise and opens with a large gallery showing the levels below.
