About

Gian Piero Marrone organizes various types of tours and tastings for their guests. The young staff will tell you about the history, philosophy, and culture of the estate. Take part in cooking classes, wine shopping, etc.

The work begins with the harvest. The grapes are harvested in the cooler hours in boxes of 18/20 kg, being careful to lay the bunches carefully so that they do not crush. The transport from the row is done on sleds, to limit as much as possible the bumps and therefore the compaction of the grapes, which often happens with the use of a trailer on wheel when it meets the roughness of the ground.
