The vineyards that already surrounded the Palace and the historic basement cellar convinced Adriano to continue the tradition of viticulture and wine production. Already from the first years, the white and red wines produced on the hill by the Peri family began to gain consensus and appreciation and also the son Mario, later wisely supported by his wife Maria Bigogno, began to show a certain passion for the vineyard and the cellar.
