About
The total surface area in contrada Giddio, in Naro, is 13 hectares, seven of which are planted with Nero d'Avola and Syrah, almost four with Grillo and the remainder with Chardonnay
The winery is located within the route of the Wine and Food Trail of the Valley of the Temples, in that area devoted to the cultivation of Nero d'Avola and Grillo. Situated on a hillside, about 450 metres above sea level and about 18 kilometers from the sea, the calcareous/clayey soil, rich in water veins that flow into the artificial lake, provides an excellent balance between sapidity and acidity, the right ingredients for quality wines.
