About

The main grape varietals that grow here are Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Moscato, and Arneis. Almost all the work is done using eco-friendly, organic methods. Harvesting is mostly manual, and there is no use of pesticides or fertilizers.

Their newly built cellar, leaning against the hill, is partly built underground and equipped with state-of-the-art technology: all fermentation tanks are temperature controlled, the destemming of the grapes is carried out by means of a soft roller to maintain the integrity of the fruit and the pressing is carried out with air lung at low pressure.
