About
For many years, the Rovero family has been using bio methods in the vineyards to cultivate various grape types. It includes rich-quality Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Grignolino, along with excellent Sauvignon Bianco, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The history of Rovero begins at the end of the nineteenth century. Historical memory is the small chapel built in 1880, set in the corporate setting. A cluster of houses around the large courtyard where there are also the distillery, the aging cellar of the grappa, the old farmhouse dedicated to the guest house and offices. On the hill opposite in the middle of the vineyards, in the green and picturesque landscape, the wine cellar and the aging of wines.
