The fifteen hectares of Cesanese di Affile grape and Passerina del Frusinate grapes produce bold wines such as Cesanese del Piglio DOCG Classico, Superiore, and Superiore Riserva.
This area is historically known for its centuries-old Cesanese del Piglio DOCG wine.
In 2002 a group of close friends and families, with a strong bond with this beautiful area, joined to found the Pileum Winery.
