Born from the family experience, the Livio Soria winery owns 10 hectares of vineyards, all planted in the hills in the municipalities of Calosso and San Marzano Oliveto, in the province of Asti (Piedmont). The clay-limestone composition of these soils, together with a tuff substrate, provide optimal conditions for the cultivation of vines such as Barbera d'Asti and other local varieties.
