Il Girapoggio is open for winery tours and wine tasting from Monday to Sunday by appointment only. The most popular wine to taste among visitors is the Collina Torinese which should not be missed.
Vinification is completely carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature; for fermentation are used selected yeast podotti in Piedmont.
