They grow herbs and make unique spirits and liqueurs using an Italian recipe from a 1946 liqourology book. Their spirits include Gin, Bitter, Amaro, Vermouth, etc. These spirits have an intense flavor and fragrance and are simple on the taste.
For in-wine they chose three products: Gin 43, produced with 43 botanicals; Amaro 16, made with precisely 16 botanicals in a single infusion; Gin7 Camomilla, made with 7 botanicals among which chamomile predominates, limited production of numbered 1951 bottles.
