We adopt a conventional viticulture but the attention towards the environment and our territory is deep: we manage weeds with mechanical methods, allowing us to totally eliminate desiccants and chemical herbicides.
They produce wines of local and historical varieties, using traditional winemaking methods, but that sometimes go beyond to create something unique. The winery is located in Ramandolo, a small village renowned for its sweet wine from late harvest, a unique area for its peculiar microclimate.
