The winery team will welcome you and offer you some of the old vintages, served with estate-made jams and other local products. The winemaker will describe a full-fledged winemaking guide during the tasting activity.
The Casale, which is the central point of the property, is surrounded by a beautiful park and 13 hectares of volcanic soil cultivated with vineyards and olive groves. The pride of Casal Pilozzo is the rigorous organic cultivation and the careful selection made by Antonio Pulcini on the varieties of grapes that have been planted: Malvasia del Lazio, Grechetto Antico and Chardonnay for white wines; Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah for reds. The vineyards and winemaking are personally controlled by the Pulcini family as well as the quality of the olive trees and the production of oil.
