The 14 hectares of property, facing south adjacent to Mount Conero at an altitude of 230m asl. are invested in vineyards. The old plants have a density of just over 2000 vines per hectare while the new ones are close to 5000 vines per hectare. The breeding is a renewable branch with pruning type Guyot and spurred cordon.
