Cantina Giuseppe Sedilesu lies in a small Sardinian village, Mamoiada, in the heart of the Barbagia. The vineyards extend over an area of 15 hectares, dedicated to the production of Cannonau wines.
The wines come from vineyards cultivated on soils of granitic origin, chemically rich in potassium, phosphorus and poor in nitrogen. Most of the vineyards, cultivated from 500 up to 800 m asl, are tree-reared and invested almost entirely in Cannonau; while a small part of the vines, about 5%, is cultivated in Granazza, a native white grape.
