About
Among the wines, COS is probably best known for their Cerasuolo di Vittoria, but also equally for their Pithos Rosso which is basically a Cerasuolo di Vittoria aged exclusively in amphora instead of oak.
For over three thousand years this land has been home to the vine. An extraordinary heritage that they have collected with humility and transgression. The search for an artistic form of conceiving wine has led to the challenges of a difficult but satisfying journey that have never stopped. And this is how, for over forty years, they have poured history into their glasses, their history and their land.
