In the cellar, Vigna Della Cava produces 1000 bottles of wine, around 600 of which are made from Flo and 400 from Corniolo. The winery purchased 3 hectares of land in the municipality of Offagna in 2015.
They do not produce "natural" wines, but simple wines, produced by organic farming with the utmost respect for the territory that hosts them.
