The vineyards mainly produce Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese grapes used in the production of their red wine
They have always cultivated the native vines of Etna with the method and criteria of organic farming: Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, for red grapes; Carricante and Catarratto, for white berried varieties.
