In 2007, the owners decided to introduce two new varieties into the vineyards, namely Arneis and Nebbiolo. Today, they produce top-quality DOC wines, including red and white.
The grapes, once ripe, are harvested by hand and transported with the utmost caution in two renowned wineries in the area. Afterwards, the winemaking takes place in their name, bottling and labeling "Rio del Lupo", while they personally deal with their marketing. Wines have already found admirers all over the world.
