About
In their vineyards, Dolcetto, Barbera, Moscato, and Dolcetto grapes varieties grow. The grapes are handpicked and used to make their red, white, rose, sparkling, and dessert wines.
The Manfredi Cellars are located in a portion of the Langhe more "wild", not dictated by a monoculture, but by a perfect alternation between vineyards, hazelnuts, woods and wheat fields.
Only the areas with the best exposure are cultivated with vines. An example is the hill of Bricco Rosso, entirely dedicated to the vine, where the particular microclimate gives full-bodied and important wines.
