Tour the cellar and get familiar with oenological grape cultivation processes, along with the knowledge of all the wine production phases. As the tour proceeds, guests will be taken to the barrel room for a barrel tasting of the new production line.
With dedication and great commitment the winegrowers cultivate grapes of the highest quality, which during the year ripen under the sun of South Tyrol. After the harvest begins work in the cellar, where the wines ripen slowly under the watchful eye of the wine maker Stephan Filippi and his team.
