The Colle Manora Winery covers a total area of 75 hectares, out of which vineyards cover a land of 20 hectares, where Mila Sch n grows both indigenous and international grapes. It includes high-quality Barbera, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Bla
Equipped with modern machinery, the high-tech cellar also has an automated monitoring system, based on which vinification takes place in the steel tanks. To keep intact the organoleptic characteristics of the wines, the winery uses wooden oak barrels and barriques for aging and refining of its wines at a controlled temperature.
