In 2014 Loretto Pali launches a new style for Collio wines, aware that the international trend is increasingly focusing on elegance and freshness. This is how the collaboration with the winemaker Enrico Paternoster, from Trentino Alto Adige, was born, combining freshness and refinement with structure and longevity. The result: elegant, mineral, persistent wines, of remarkable freshness and great drinkability.
