Le Cantine Foschini has a potential of about 80,000 bottles of DOC and/or PGI wines and thanks to a careful research and qualification carried out with great skill by the enologist Marco Ciarla
The Foschini family, has a three-generation old passion for wine, combining tradition and the most advanced wine making technologies. The cellar was completely renovated in the early 2000s and gives the visitor a taste of ancient: it dates dating back to the ‘700s, the time of “Guardia delle sole” (guard of the soles), when the main activity of this area was leather tanning.
