About
Since the early '50s are cultivated between 350 and 400 meters above sea level traditional varieties of viticulture Piacenza-Parma, namely Barbera, Bonarda for red berried varieties, and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica for white.
They make contemporary wines, because they are born from the craftsmanship that destroys everything that is not territory and grapes: but "beyond contemporary", because from these ruins, with avant-garde wine culture and technique, we reconstruct, in a completely different direction, wines and experiences. They are the wines of the true Italian tradition, but projected into the future, starting from what it was.
