The e grapes used by the winery are Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewrztraminer, Pinot Noir, Vernatsch, Lagrein, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Mller Thurgau and Pinot Grigio.
Girlan Winery was founded in 1923 in a historic farm of the sixteenth century. At the time 24 winegrowers laid the foundation stone of what would later become the current company. Behind these walls of ancient tradition and in the intricate corridors of the winery lie the secrets of cutting-edge wine technology and the ideal conditions for aging their wines.
