Today the Santa Croce Winery has over 250 members and has a processing potential of 160,000 quintals of grapes per year. 80% of the grapes delivered come from D.O.P. and I.G.P. The grapes cultivated are mainly Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco di Sorbara
Cantina di Santa Croce was founded in 1907 as "Association among the producers of grapes of the territory of S. Croce and neighboring". The following year 54 members gave 5,900 quintals of grapes. Their strong identity was built around the local vine that gives its name to the Lambrusco Salamino di S. Croce with a protected designation of origin, which in these lands gives maximum expression of itself.
