They produce wine only with the grapes of their vineyards, in a traditional way but with modern equipment and with the minimum use of chemical additives. They produce about 60,000 bottles of VALPOLICELLA, VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE, VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE RIPASSO, AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG, RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG.
