The grapes grown include Nero d?Avola and Moscato Bianco. The winemakers use the best grapes to produce their high-quality red, white, and dessert wines.
The property extends for 13 hectares, of which 7 planted with vineyards in 1999 and 3 with olive groves in 1995, all strictly cultivated in organic farming, to preserve the naturalness and integrity of the territory.
