The winery has always been indulged in biological, sustainable viticulture practices, using which three grape varieties are grown. It includes high-quality Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Arneis.
Vines over fifty years old, planted in the most suitable areas: sunny hills, with steep slopes where you can only work manually with great time and effort. However, they are rewarded by the quality of their wines, excellent also in mediocre vintages elsewhere.One of the vineyards that gives more satisfaction is the "Bricco San Bartolomeo" locality among other things rich in history and stage of the paths of Roero.
