In 2021, the company celebrates its 130th anniversary, with a limited-edition of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged in the most ancient barrel of the ?acetaia?, already used in 1891.
Since 1891 Aceto Balsamico del Duca has been dedicated to the production and promotion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. A tradition that has been handed down for 5 generations, closely linked to the territory, which guarantees a unique product, obtained from selected and high quality cooked grape must and exclusively Italian wine vinegar. Balsamic Vinegar is aged in wooden barrels and its quality comes from a special selection of raw materials and the aging process.
