The wine cellar and storage of the wines that age in steel is located north inside the estate and is excavated inside the hill, thus creating a naturally air-conditioned environment, where temperatures never exceed 19/20 ºC even in the hottest periods of the year. All this helps to have a great freshness and longevity in wines.
