About
The important vines of the estate include Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Arneis, Favorita, and Moscato. A unique blend of conventional and state-of-the-art methods are used in the vineyards and cellar to ensure the quality of the wines.
They prefer the cultivation of native vines to maintain the purest identity of this territory. In addition to traditional processes, they have added from the 2015 harvest innovative production methods that deviate from tradition, to enhance the characteristics of the wine that until now have been kept in the background. They therefore combine a serious work of research and development of wine with tradition in preserving the integrity of the original taste of the grape.
