About
The typical grapes grown here are the DOC Etna varietals: Catarratto, Caricante, and Nerello Mascalese. Apart from the local grapes, some French varieties are also grown in the vineyards.
The vineyards have an extension of 60 hectares, distributed in the three different estates, Tenuta San Michele (CT), Tenuta Gelso Bianco (CT) and Tenuta La Francescana (RM) and are mostly dedicated to the production of VSQ, Etna Doc and IGT wines.
