The winery grows grape varieties such as Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera. Gropello is a typical red grape variety cultivated in the region and is characterized by the pine-cone shaped grapes.
In 1896 in Valtènesi there is a viticulture dedicated exclusively to the production of a red grape, extraordinarily refined and at the same time fragile like that of Groppello Gentile.
