Castello Tricerchi covers 400 hectares on the north side of Montalcino, 13 of which are dedicated to Sangiovese Grosso, and are dedicated to the production of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. At the center of the property stands the Castle, completed in 1441 by the Tricerchi family, and now home and headquarters of the direct descendants, the Squarcia family.
