The grape varietals that are produced are Barbera, Chardonnay, Grignolino, Nebbiolo, Sauvignon, Cortese, Ruche, Pinot Noir, Dolcetto and Moscato. There are used to make a wide range of excellent red, white, rose, sparkling and dessert wines.
On the hills, in the heart of Monferrato, there are about ten hectares of vineyards of Moscato della Ca' de Lion: from here are born Moscato Metodo Classico "1871", Moscato d'Asti Canelli Docg, Moscato d'Asti Docg "for Elisa", the "Nonno Mario" and the Moscato d'Asti Late Harvest Docg "Muffito".
