Azienda Agricola Melillo is a family-run boutique winery located in the heart of Villa Castelli, a commune in the province of Brindisi on Apulia, on the southeast Italian coast. The winery has been a part of Puglia educational farms network and operates seasonal workshops including “teaching path on grapes” which allows analyzing the botanical, historical, and cultural aspects of the vine and “honey educational path” that allows children and adults to learn about the complex and wonderful social organization of bees and the dynamics of the production of honey, wax, and propolis.
