The main grapes they grow are Chardonnay, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot, Pecorino, and Passerina. Only the best grapes are selected and taken to the cellar to make their red, white, and rose wines.

The company covers an area of 20 hectares, 11 of which with specialized vineyards is divided into 2 separate bodies: one located on a ridge straddling the municipalities of Ortezzano and Monte Rinaldo, which is the main production center; the other located in the Municipality of Ortezzano in Valdaso, with flat terrain and alluvial soil of medium texture where in 2005 in addition to having planted 2 hectares of high density Chardonnay Policlonale, A modern cellar has been built for the transformation of its grapes.
