We have converted all our vineyards and the olive grove to organic farming, with a circular economy project that revolves around the well-being of our farm and the products we make.
Le Masciare produces excellent Campanian wines with autochthonous grapes of fiano, Greek tuff, Aglianico and fox tail. We also vinify a selection of vineyards suitable for Taurasi as cru. Since 2001 we also produce organic EVO oil from Marinese and Ravece olives.
